You can book a tutor online or by calling 07500559796. After discussing your needs, we will send you a letter or email confirming the tutor’s name and telephone number. The tutor will then contact you, and if you are satisfied, you can schedule the first lesson. There are no registration fees, and payment is made directly to the tutor at the end of each hourly session.
We primarily offer face-to-face home tutoring in Gloucestershire. For online sessions, we provide tutoring services globally.
Tuition can take place at your home, allowing you to receive lessons in the comfort of your own space, or at the tutor’s home nearby. Please let us know your preference, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
Lessons typically occur on a weekly basis for one hour at a time. However, this can be adjusted to meet your child’s needs. We recommend starting with a trial lesson to ensure a good rapport between your child and the tutor. There is no obligation to commit to a set number of lessons, although consistent teaching will help your child reach their full potential.
No, we offer a flexible “pay as you go” approach. You simply pay the tutor at the end of each hourly session. However, if you book a series of lessons in advance, you can take advantage of great offers and save money.
f you need to cancel a scheduled appointment, please try to provide at least 24 hours notice. This allows other students to rearrange their appointments or book additional sessions. However, if you fall suddenly ill and cannot give 24 hours notice, no cancellation fee will be charged. Please note that a £20 cancellation fee will be applied if sudden cancellations occur multiple times.
No, the prices I quote are the prices I charge. There are no hidden charges or extras.
We conduct our online tuition sessions using Zoom or Google Meet. This allows us to see and hear each other, utilize an interactive whiteboard for writing, and share resources seamlessly. This setup makes online tuition a convenient option, especially when travel or home living situations make in-person tuition challenging.
Absolutely. If you find that the tuition or tutor is not suitable for any reason, please contact the agency, and we will make other arrangements.
We do not charge any registration fees. You simply pay the tutor at the end of each lesson in cash or by cheque if you choose the pay-as-you-go package. The charges and price plans are listed on the charges page.
